Well, its official. I am no longer an Anusara Inspired teacher. The recent letter from Olivia was the last push I needed to decide to leave. My own practice and teaching has evolved from the Anusara teaching sufficiently that I stopped using the name more than a year ago. I was simply reluctant to leave. But now that John is increasing the expectations and setting stricter boundaries about what is, or is not, Anusara, it seems prudent to let it go.
I will always be very grateful to John and my other Anusara teachers. I feel a little adrift now. Part of the growth process.
Blessings to all, it was good to meet some of you last summer. I'll hope to see you on the playa again,

Yes, it was wonderful to meet you on the playa this last year at Burning Man. I hope to see you again.
I hope that you always teach yoga from your heart, whatever path you choose.
Love and blessings,
Scott
