I've just joined, so wanted to say hi.
Last weekend, I had the opportunity to take a two day, 12-hour workshop with Anusara-inspired teacher Kelly Haas, and it transformed my practice. She's a fabulous instructor and the workshop was amazing. If anyone has an opportunity to study with her, I highly recommend it.
Later this month, a local studio is hosting a weekend of workshops with Sommer and Paul Sobin, and while I won't be able to do the whole weekend this time, I'm still looking forward to the Learning to Fly session. Wow! I'll let you know how it goes.

Wed, October 3, 2007 - 6:46 AMWell, I went to the Learning to Fly workshop with Sommer and Paul Sobin from N.C. and they were excellent teachers and the workshop was amazing. I don't have wings yet and spent more time crashing than flying, but it was SO much fun. If you have a chance to study with them, I can't recommend them enough.
